Broccoli with vegetables and chicken balls



the ingredients

2 tomatoes

Wash the vegetables and chicken well and sterilize them with drops of lemon or salt
We grate the onions well and put in the meat cooker and the grated onions the oil, salt and cinnamon sticks and fry them well
Add grated tomato and a tablespoon of canned tomatoes and stir well
Add greens, coriander and spices and saute well
Add chickpeas and hot water and leave to cook
We prepare the kofta, add garlic, coriander, black pepper, a pinch of ground cinnamon, fun bread, and a spoonful of ghee or butter, and form them into balls.
We take a measure of broccoli or yield, add very hot water to it and leave it until the chicken and vegetables are cooked
After cooking, grind the vegetables, then halve them, add a spoonful of the previous spices with coriander and let it boil
When it boils, we take two kilos of broth in another pan, and add the kofta balls, cook over a medium heat.
We chop the broccoli and drip well and add to the broth
Let it cook for 15 minutes, then serve with kofta and chopped chicken meat
